West Boca Chamber to mark first anniversary

The West Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce is about to celebrate its first anniversary.

The group is celebrating by bringing in its 165th member in 11 months.

“We are the least expensive Chamber in the area,” said Chairman Tom Kruse, “and with our increased programming, there is a need to upgrade the level of participation required by our members.”

New rates will be effective July 1, and any business or professional firm joining by June 30 is eligible for the inaugural rates.

The Chamber held a networking meeting June 26 at Ben’s Deli in the Reserve Shopping Center on 441 and Clint Moore Road.

The next Chamber breakfast is Tuesday, July 8 at Boca Dunes Country Club, from 7:30 to 9, featuring candidates for the House seats in West Boca, West Delray and West Boynton Beach.
